I know I saw a coupon for that somewhere...

I went grocery shopping yesterday (finally!) with Christy. This was a much needed trip, as one cannot survive off of sour cream and milk. As we went through the store, we could pick out those items we had seen coupons for - it's an obsession really. Some of them were great deals, only seeing the coupon online, having the coupon with us, and actually finding the coupon to use from my large unorganized stash are three very different things.

Such was the case with Malt-O-Meal cereal and I ended paying full price for the cereal. (I understand that you can get name brand boxes for pennies when you pair sales and coupons, but it was an off week and my poor husband already went a week without his second favorite staple (Ramen, of course, being the first) and I don't have any stockpiles of anything, yet. (Yet being the key word.)

To make sure this doesn't happen again, I'm adding it (and many others!) to this blog. I will master this eventually!
